Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

We want you to absolutely love your purchase! If for any reason it doesn’t feel like the perfect fit, we gladly accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

Important:

• Please notify us within 14 days of delivery if you wish to request a return or exchange.
• Items must be returned in the same condition you received them—untouched, unworn, and with original tags attached.
• Have your proof of purchase ready when contacting us:
  • In-store purchases: include your receipt.
  • Online purchases: include your order number in your email to returns@curvesbymar.com 

Conditions:

• Returns are accepted for items in excellent condition only.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, some items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
  • Bodysuits
  • Bikinis
  • White clothing
  • Accessories
• Clearance or sale items are also considered final sale.

How to Return or Exchange:

• Email returns@curvesbymar.com to get approval before sending back your item. Items shipped without prior approval cannot be accepted.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue store credit for approved items.
